Tools 3
Tool#3 In Image Generator and Mashups I found alot of great tools that will be useful for many grade levels. Some of my favorites are: Wordle, Flickr, and Comic strips. Wordle would be fun for all levels and can be used to make word connections. I have used comic strips in Science and found it a great source for gathering information in an organized format. Flickr is a great way to have my students create picture books and later add words for a story.I have created a Wordle and Trading Card see them on my blog. I hope to play with it a little more.

If you're wanting your students to create storybooks, consider getting pictures from Flickr Creative Commons and plugging them into Bookr (http://www.pimpampum.net/bookr/index.php) to make a cute book where the pages actually turn.
